Baseball Factory’s Buddy Custer Joins the Exclusive Team
Baseball Factory is proud to announce a change within the organization. Buddy Custer, formerly the Baseball Factory Director of Player Relations, has joined the Exclusive Team!
The Exclusive Program is the most unique, hands-on program in the country featuring personalized service at its best for the serious student athlete. The Exclusive Program has generated a 100% placement rate while helping over 250 players find a college match that fits their academic and athletic needs. This is a very selective program that only works with players who are truly dedicated to the game.
As the Exclusive Program continues to grow it is necessary that Baseball Factory upgrade the service it provides in order to meet every player’s needs. Buddy Custer has been added to the team in an effort to enhance the overall satisfaction of each player. Buddy brings with him an impressive background that boasts numerous high-level coaching positions that have helped him to develop many contacts across the college coaches community.
Buddy joined Baseball Factory in 2000. He is currently the head coach of the Harwich Mariners in the Cape Cod League. Over the past 10 years, Buddy has coached at Middle Tennessee State, Barton, Fordham, CW Post and his alma mater, Villanova. He also worked for MLB International as a coach and instructor.
Baseball Factory is positive that Buddy will help raise the Exclusive Program to a higher level with a commitment to provide players and parents with guidance through the college recruiting process.
