Important Information from USA Baseball

Confirmed Event Staff Includes:

Mark Daniels: Mark has been with the Baseball Factory for 23 years and serves as the National Scouting & Evaluation crosschecker. In addition to his role with the Factory, he is also the Head Coach of powerhouse Virginia HS in Bristol, VA. He has coached five State Championship teams, and has been named State Coach of the Year four times. He also serves as a scout with the Atlanta Braves. Previously, he has held the role of Associate Scout for the Cleveland Indians and Arizona Diamondbacks.

Important Event Info:

• Players and Parents will be provided 1 hotel room with two beds
• Parents are responsible for travel/flights and local transportation to and from the field complex/practice facilities
• Parents are responsible for all player meals
• Players are not allowed to travel alone
• Players need to bring all necessary baseball equipment for tournament
• The 17U West National Team Championships will be any solid (one piece) wood bat and NFHS approved BBCOR wood barrel baseball bat. Please review bats under the ‘Wood Bat’ category on the BBCOR Approved List published by Washington State University for more details
• Players will receive Baseball Factory jersey and hat
• Players will receive online access to Baseball Factory’s Recruiting, Education and Development (R.E.D.) Manual
• Players receive a detailed player info pack upon registration
• Parents are welcome to attend (Parents and guests are responsible for providing their own reservation, meals and transportation.)
