Baseball Factory would like to welcome back Andy Ferguson, Senior Director of Baseball Operations, and Dan Mooney, Player Development/Life Skills Director.
Andy is a graduate of North Carolina State University, where he joined the baseball team as a walk-on and played a role on a team that participated in four straight NCAA Regionals. He later spent a season coaching for the Norwich Mariners of the Cape Cod Baseball League, and then joined the Baseball Factory as Director of Scouting. After college, Dan played professionally in the Boston Red Sox organization where he reached the double-A level before being forced to retire due to an injury. Dan will work along side Kelly Kulina and the rest of the Exclusive staff with a focus on helping players improve their baseball and life skills.
Baseball Factory would also like to welcome Bernadette Bechta who will be serving as Academic Advisor. She will be the main contact for players and parents in the Exclusive Program.
