IN ADDITION TO MLB.COM, ESPNU WILL TELEVISE THE 2nd ANNUAL BASEBALL EXPRESS CAPE COD HIGH SCHOOL CLASSIC
Baseball Factory and Team One have announced that ESPNU will once again air the second annual Baseball Express Cape Cod High School Classic. ESPNU televised the inaugural game last year and served as the official broadcast partner. They will air this year’s game on three separate dates.
The game will air on ESPNU as follows:
August 3 – 7 PM EST
August 5 – 1 AM EST
August 17 – 6 PM EST
ESPNU, the new college sports network, was launched in March 2005. ESPNU aired the inaugural Baseball Express Cape Cod High School Classic on July 28, 2005. The game was the first ever high school baseball game to air on an ESPN network. In addition to being seen live, the game was replayed on six occasions last year.
This year’s game, which will take place on Friday, July 28 at Noon, will be streamed live on the home page of MLB.com and MiLB.com (MinorLeagueBaseball.com). MLB.com is the official broadcast partner of this year’s game.

The second annual Baseball Express Cape Cod High School Classic will showcase the most talented high school rising seniors from across the nation. The Cape Cod Baseball League will serve as official host for the game, providing a historic setting for this event. The High School Classic will precede the Cape Cod League’s annual All-Star Game, which will take place on July 29 in South Yarmouth, MA.
