After announcing a partnership with Little League Baseball earlier this year, Baseball Factory was excited to take part in this event. This was an opportunity to give back to the community and provide players with instruction and guidance at a young age.
“We’re so excited about the new relationship with Little League in general, and then when they told us about this weekend, it’s a really special thing to be here with these 10 teams,” said Steve Bernhardt, Executive VP of Baseball Operations with Baseball Factory. “We were really honored that they asked us to be a part of it. It’s certainly all about what Little League stands for, and it’s a lot of what we stand for at the Baseball Factory.”
The Baseball Factory coaches provided instruction on throwing, base running, hitting, fielding and pitching, but the overriding message was to have fun and practice good sportsmanship.
