Former Baseball Factory and Team One standouts recognized by Baseball America


In Baseball America’s January 29 – February 11, 2007 magazine they preview the college baseball season. They have recognized the Top 50 Freshman for their readers to watch. They have also named their Top 25 Transfers. Baseball Factory and Team One are honored to have worked with 12 of the Top 50 Freshman and four of the Top 25 Transfers that were recognized.


Devin Shepherd named #11 on the Top 50 Freshman list made a name for himself in the Baseball Factory and Team One arena by participating in the 2005 Baseball Express Cape Cod High School Classic. Devin also participated in the homerun derby, which he went onto win.


Another standout on the list is Wade Kapteyn, listed as #8 on the Top 50 Freshman list, he started with Baseball Factory in 2003 when he came to a Rookie event. Wade is playing at the University of Evansville during the 2007 season.


Baseball Factory would like to congratulate all of the Top 50 Freshman and the Top 25 Transfers.
