Baseball Factory is widely recognized as the leader in player development and college placement in the U.S.  The unique combination of pro evaluations, fully edited player videos, professional instruction, tournaments, and ongoing guidance has created college placement success stories for thousands of players.

Team One Baseball

Together, Baseball Factory and Team One have assisted players in obtaining over $500 million in scholarships and over 2,000 players from Baseball Factory and Team One have been selected in the amateur draft with over 175 of those players going on to play in the Major Leagues.

B.A.S.E.-H.I.T. Foundation

The B.A.S.E.-H.I.T. Foundation, a 501 © (3), was established by Baseball Factory CEO Steve Sclafani in July of 1994. Sclafani saw the need for a program in Baltimore City that focused on guiding middle school student-athletes. He was convinced that in order for young people to accomplish their dreams, they need to stay focused and be goal oriented. Although many student-athletes possess the athletic ability to be successful in their respective sport in college, they do not have the resources or the academic achievements to get there. Through mentoring, tutoring, and educational seminars designed at developing a well rounded "personal portfolio," as well as baseball clinics to sharpen their skills, the B.A.S.E.-H.I.T. Foundation was created to give middle school student-athletes hope, guidance and the opportunity to advance their education and their sports careers. It is the mission of the B.A.S.E.-H.I.T. Foundation to promote baseball, education, and the quality of life for youth and amateur baseball players in Baltimore City.  The B.A.S.E.-H.I.T. Foundation is sponsored by Baseball Factory and the Baltimore Community Foundation.
